Many of you have ordered various of our titles in hardback (Leytonstone by Stephen Volk, Albion Fay by Mark Morris, The Bureau of Them by Cate Gardner, and Darker Terrors edited by Stephen Jones and David A. Sutton), which you have yet to receive. The reason for this is beyond our control at present: the printers we use have gone into administration and, whilst they are still trading while looking for a buyer, this has inevitably meant unseemly delays in them sending the books to us. We have been promised deliveries for the last onth or so which have yet to materialise and consequently we are having to chase them up on nearly a daily basis. We can only apologise profusely to both customers and authors at this frustrating situation. In the meantime, we ask to please bear with us while we attempt to resolve this issue – we truly appreciate your custom and, like we said above, this is beyond our control.
We are in the process of finding an alternative printing company that will provide services and products to the standard we and our customers expect. Again we ask you to bear with us on this. Over the coming week, we shall be personally emailing every customer to apprise them of what’s going on.
Thank you for your time.
